Understanding the Scope:

Our role encompasses a comprehensive array of project management and owner representation services, supporting PECO’'s Real Estate and Facilities project team every step of the way. From initial site development and design phases in 2024 through to the anticipated occupancy in Q2 2026, REMS will provide steadfast guidance and oversight.


At REMS, we take on the vital responsibility of serving as the lead Project Manager for the Ridge Pike Service Center project, ensuring seamless coordination among all stakeholders involved. Our role extends beyond mere oversight; we diligently oversee day-to-day activities, placing a strong emphasis on safety compliance, facility standards, schedule adherence, and maintaining stringent quality control measures. Moreover, we are committed to developing and maintaining a robust project plan that encompasses budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies, aligning closely with Exelon's overarching objectives. With our expertise, we meticulously review design documentation for constructability, offering valuable insights and advising on technical decisions to optimize project outcomes. Throughout the project lifecycle, we act as the chief advocates for maintaining project schedules and milestones, steadfastly ensuring alignment with PECO's vision and objectives.
