At REMS, we believe that our expertise in project management, construction services, and owner representation can go beyond commercial real estate projects. It's about leveraging our skills to create positive impacts in the communities we serve. One way we've done this is through our pro bono work with Baltimore’s Center for Hope, part of the LifeBridge Health network along with our efforts to support Civic Works.
For the past eight years, our Chief Strategy Officer, Jason White, has served on the Center for Hope Board. In that time, he has provided building assessments to ensure the Center’s facilities meet the needs of their critical work—offering support to survivors of violence. Additionally, Jason helped guide the organization through integration consulting during its acquisition by LifeBridge Health, ensuring smooth transitions and effective operations for the Center’s various programs.
Partnerships with Purpose: Center for Hope
The Center for Hope is a vital resource for Baltimore, offering a range of services from child advocacy and domestic violence intervention to elder justice and community safety. It’s a collaborative space where experts work to break the cycle of violence that affects individuals and families across the city.
Through Jason’s project management and construction management expertise and with the support of REMS we’ve helped ensure that the Center’s facilities are equipped to serve their mission. The work we’ve done serves the critical day-to-day operations that make the Center for Hope a lifeline for so many in need.
Using Our Skills for the Greater Good: Civic Works
At REMS, we’re proud to have contributed to such an important cause. Our role in helping the Civic Works organization underscores our commitment to giving back and using our expertise where it can have the most impact. Whether we’re assisting with owner representation, facilities management, or commercial real estate projects, we believe in making a positive difference in the community.
By aligning ourselves with organizations like the Center for Hope and Civic Works, REMS demonstrates that we’re not just about delivering great results in construction and project management—we’re about building a better future for everyone.
